STRAWBERRY VANILLA OVERNIGHT OATMEAL
At the side of exercise, one of the largest challenges for me has been getting a healthy breakfast in when I’m not sincerely a breakfast eater. It’s difficult to eat breakfast whilst your breakfast staple is toast and coffee, and you haven’t truely eaten a actual breakfast in years. I need to be honest, i was no longer a real huge fan of oatmeal – you know, the hot kind?! That entire texture thing just didn’t do whatever for me. understanding the benefits of oatmeal, i was satisfied that I needed to discover a way to like it …..

Even though i've made a few variations of overnight oatmeal over the last few months that I revel in, this Strawberry Vanilla overnight Oatmeal ranks excessive on my list of faves! i really like understanding that i am giving my frame the gas it wishes and it’s something that sincerely tastes proper! while i'm seeking out a bit little bit of a morning deal with, I upload a tablespoon or two of true-excellent chopped dark chocolate to the combination …. it nearly feels like it sends it to the dessert sector! almost.

So, overnight oats begin with oatmeal … obviously. 🙂 I upload a few different substances like chia seeds, maple syrup, and sparkling juicy strawberries, then I pinnacle it all off with non-fats milk. After mixing properly, I simply let it sit back within the refrigerator till the morning! Even my kiddos have taken a liking to in a single day oatmeal – mainly this Strawberry Vanilla overnight Oatmeal!




INGREDIENTS


  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Mix all ingredients in a 2-cup bowl. Refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.
  2. Stir before serving
