SOUTHWEST VEGGIE WRAPS WITH VEGAN RANCH
Preserve matters cool and smooth with these Southwest Veggie Wraps with Vegan Ranch. A excellent easy lunch or dinner packed complete of vegetables and masses of flavor!


Not most effective do they not require any cooking. in addition they take about 10 mins to prepare AND are packed full of nutritious vegetables and creamy vegan ranch. Ya, the vegan ranch might also offset the well-being of this recipe, but it just makes it simply flavor so true.

And this one tastes the most like the one’s I cherished the most throughout those days. there is just something approximately southwest flavors wrapped up in a tortilla that makes my mouth water.

You can even get virtually crazy and throw is a few vegan hen. that would require some cooking, so maybe keep off on that until we get a few cooler weather.




Ingredients


  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup tortilla chip strips
  • 1/2 cup chunky red salsa
  • 1/4 cup vegan ranch


Instructions


  1. Combine romaine, black beans, corn, avocado, tortilla strips, salsa and ranch in a large bowl.
  2. Toss to combine.
  3. Split evenly among 4 tortillas. Wrap up tortillas, cut each in half and serve immediately
