PEACH BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Peach smoothie makes for a scrumptious and nutritious breakfast smoothie as its combined with sparkling peaches, yogurt, chia seeds and some spices. With just a few ingredients and a high-powered blender, you’ll have a wholesome breakfast smoothie in minutes.


i love going to the farmer’s market each week and finding new produce that just got here into season. culmination and veggies that weren’t there remaining week…however bam, they’re there now. So believe my pleasure once I saw mounds of sparkling peaches piled high on folding tables, which just got here into season in California. massive glad dance.


There so much you can do with peaches, from sweet to savory dishes (and that i’m certain I’ll have extra of these for you) – but these days we’re that specialize in breakfast. And in particular, beginning your break day right with the most delicious peach breakfast smoothie.

substances
  • three peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 1 half cups milk, dairy or dairy-unfastened
  • 1 cup yogurt, dairy or dairy-loose
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, divided
  • optional
  • honey or maple syrup to sweeten
  • collagen powder

  1. add all substances besides the chia seeds to a high-powered blender. combo on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the peach smoothie between  Le Parfait jars or Mason jars. add one tablespoon of chia seeds, upload the lid and shake till nicely mixed.
