satisfied Cinco de Mayo, friends! Are you celebrating!?!? We’re going to be celebrating by spending the weekend packing up our residence for the massive remodel that begins next week. And i have to mention…..as excited as i am for it….there’s a large a part of me that’s wondering WHY we idea this changed into an excellent idea. HA! I guess it’s a touch past due for that.
you know the way that is, though? when some thing is so far away that it’s smooth to say sure to….and the, as the time comes nearer and reality sinks in….it sounds much less and much less like some thing you virtually need to do? i get that manner loads – with social plans, matters I conform to help out with, and….apparently….remodels.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. tequila
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 - 1 oz. simple syrup according to taste
- juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of a margarita glass; dip rim in coarse salt.
- Fill glass with crushed ice.
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour over crushed ice; garnish with lime wedge.
