GARLIC CRUSHED RED PEPPER CHICKEN STIR FRY
One night final week I made my pork & Broccoli for dinner. It’s so desirable, y’all. It got me thinking that I certainly needed to do a fowl stir fry recipe too.
Stir fry is constantly the sort of appropriate dinner concept. It’s normally speedy (this one certain is!) and everything is going in one pan. The very first-class meals are the type that don’t require I spend the evening washing dishes.


Spoiler alert. It says “beaten pink pepper” in the name so there’s your large clue that it’s spicy. in case you’re now not into heat or if you’re feeding small children I advocate sorting out a milder dish like that beef & Broccoli I referenced above. I went with chook as my protein because I constantly have frozen bird on hand to thaw out. Do you? I find that anything with fowl is usually a ideal answer for busy moms like me.

Ingredients :
  • 1 tbsp cooking fat of choice I prefer olive oil or coconut oil
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 16 oz fresh green beans
  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic or 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions :
  1. Add 1 tablespoon cooking fat of choice (I prefer ghee or olive oil) to a large saute pan or cast iron skillet. Heat on medium high.
  2. Dice your chicken breasts into chunks approximately 1 inch in diameter. Once pan is hot add your chicken. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and dried basil on top of chicken. Stir. Brown on both sides.
  3. When the chicken is browned add ghee, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir.
  4. Chop your green beans into halves or thirds and add to the pan. Stir.
  5. Cover and cook on medium to medium low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. (Those are yummy!)
  6. Chicken should be cooked through and green beans should be softened but not totally wilted.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and serve!
