BACON CHEDDAR RANCH CHICKEN SALAD

one of the first questions anybody asks when they find out about our kitchen remodel is how a good deal i love cooking in my new kitchen. A legitimate question, for sure. A meals blogger with a brand new kitchen? It’s like a dream! but. It’s summer time. And my choice to prepare dinner? It’s essentially nonexistent. Am I the handiest one? Does every person simply cook in summer time!??
I, for one, am on the naked minimum. I’m in sandwich and salad mode, with plenty of grilling, a few slow cooker movement, and fresh fruit at each meal. And my use of the oven? It’s specially reserved for veggie roasting and pizza making. and i have to say….it’s precisely the way I need it to be.
Ingredients :
- 4 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. ranch dressing
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped cooked bacon
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives
Instructions :
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir well; garnish with additional cheddar cheese and fresh chives as desired.
