Cranberry Orange Smoothie Bowl
I 1st created my ascorbic acid Booster Cranberry Orange Smoothie three years agone, and that i been creating it nonstop ever since. But however generally I’m additional within the mood to eat one thing whereas at an equivalent time desire recent flavors. Whenever that mood strikes, I continually decide on a smoothie bowl.

So I’ve altered one amongst my favorite smoothies of all time to form it a creamy base for every kind of toppings. For these bowls, I side some sliced oranges, pomegranate arils over the highest. Then I besprent on some Paleo cold cereal mud and drizzled it all with yoghourt.

In keeping with the cranberry orange theme, I created my batch of cold cereal mud with dried cranberries in situ of the dried figs mixed up within the direction. i favor to stay a watch out at my native food store for drink sugary dried cranberries to stay this direction sugar free.

I like use frozen bananas and frozen cranberries to stay the smoothie base thick and creamy. Once it’s emulsified utterly sleek, you divide it into the serving bowls and so it’s time to travel crazy with the toppings!

The other issue i like regarding smoothie bowls is they’re really easy to form if you have already got your cold cereal or cold cereal mud pre-made. It’s simply a handful minutes within the liquidiser and add but several toppings you've got around. I conjointly build this with simply sliced oranges as a result of I don’t continually have pomegranates around, and it’s simple to customise to no matter you've got reachable.
