So, nowadays I present to you no bake strawberry almond electricity balls, an appropriate quick snack or candy teeth quencher.

Those little bites of deliciousness (sorry, I without a doubt like them!!) contain strawberries, dates, almonds, dry oatmeal, and shredded coconut flakes. Dates are the spine of these strawberry almond electricity balls, due to their sweetness.

They're carbohydrate dense, which equals strength. hence, power balls! because date sugars are attached to fiber, nutrients, and minerals, they’re a higher option for a sweet strength kick than pure table sugar. Almonds are a splendid plant primarily based protein supply, and one that I find myself consuming most days. I carry a bulk bag of almonds round in my paintings purse, which means that that I also have random almonds floating round at the bottom of my bag at all times. Umm. transferring on…

This takes me pretty much a minute in my food processor. I opt to chill the power balls in the fridge for at the least an hour before rolling them in coconut flakes, because it makes them tons easier to handle.
