Cabbage and Berry Purple Smoothies
most of you've got possibly attempted vegetables smoothies but have you attempted a purple smoothie yet? I hadn’t till this one and now after tasting it, I’m hooked. i love the manner all of the unique elements of this come together to create such an exciting and invigorating smoothie.

The flavor is not like any smoothie I’ve attempted before. I’m thinking part of that is because of the Hibiscus tea that’s blended in.

This became truly the first time I’ve ever added tea to a smoothie but it turned into just what this smoothie wanted. i like the manner it mixed in and hid the taste of the crimson cabbage (because really do we want to flavor the veggie in a sweet smoothie? I recognize I don’t).

Substances
  • eight oz . pink cabbage (half of a small head)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana , peeled and frozen
  • 1 (5.three oz.) box cherry Greek yogurt (or strawberry)
  • 1 cup chilled Hibiscus tea
  • half of cup almond milk

Instructions
  1. upload all ingredients to a blender and puree until clean.
  2. I used Tazo passion herbal Infusion tea. I heated half cup water then delivered the tea bag then steeped and added enough ice to make 1 cup to chill faster. 1 cup cranberry juice blend or pomegranate juice combination could be an amazing alternative in case you don't like tea.
