Ingredients :
  • 12 Oreo cookies, whole
  • 6 Oreo cookies, chopped
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions :
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a standard 12-cup muffin pan with paper cups.
  2. Place one Oreo cookie into each paper cup.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, gradually adding sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in chopped cookies by hand.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin pan, filling each to almost the top.
  6. Divide batter evenly among cookie-lined cups, filling each almost to the top.
  7. Place in the lower third of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until firm in the middle.
  8. Remove from oven and transfer to cooling racks. Serve and enjoy!
