Keto Diet Quick Steak Dinner with Cheesy Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs. Petite Sirloin Steaks (This gave us 4 steaks)
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Head Medium Cauliflower
- 2-4 Tbsp Real Butter
- 1 Tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Break up the cauliflower and steam in a large pot. Keep it hot to melt the cheese later.
- Mix the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture on the steaks on both sides.
- Melt the coconut oil in a large skillet on high heat.
- Put the spiced steaks into the hot oil and sear on both sides for 1 minute each.
- Lower the heat to medium and cook the steaks to your families liking.
- Once you're satisfied with the steak, remove from the skillet to plates. Add 1/2 tablespoon (up to 1 full tablespoon if you really love butter! And really, who doesn't?) and let the butter melt over the hot steaks.
- Scoop 1 cup of hot cauliflower onto each plate.
- Sprinkle each serving of cauliflower with 1/4 c grated cheese.
- Allow the toppings to melt before serving this mouthwatering and ridiculously simple low carb high fat dinner!
