Cheesy Taco Bake
okay, i have a great delish recipe for you today. tacky Taco Bake combines the high-quality of tacos with something like a Tamale Pie, besides the crust is on the bottom in preference to on the pinnacle. And, in place of a cornbread crust this one is made with Bisquick and cilantro. The red meat filling includes Fiesta corn, salsa, and selfmade Taco Seasoning. Cheddar cheese is melted on top and then sour cream, chopped tomatoes and even shredded lettuce or percent de gallo can be used as garnish. The flavors are great and completely pleasing.

I to begin with planned on making this for a potluck at our church in November, but after making Baked Pizza Pasta and remaking my authentic  Taco Bake for it, I determined no longer to include this recipe, too. rather, i ended up making it for us the next day. Granted, my husband’s now not a superb cilantro lover, but i am! i can’t get sufficient of the stuff. There’s a double dose of cilantro within the Bisquick crust and also on top with the toppings. Plus, in case you enjoy suitable homemade salsa or guacamole they’re extraordinary aspects for this dish. if you need to make this gluten loose, Bisquick additionally gives a gluten free model.

I’ve definitely made cheesy Taco Bake two times. I made it once more for a potluck at our church earlier final month whilst we had a “make your own taco” night. I idea this will be a pleasant addition for individuals who didn’t need to make tacos but wanted plenty of taco taste. This dish turned into absolutely wiped clean out–almost to the ultimate crumb! No kidding. It became extremely nicely obtained.
