MOM’S APPLE CAKE

I Mix your batter and “dump” it into the pan for this simple and delicious cake! It’s a great cake to make for fall and the holidays.

Ingredients
  • 1 box, yellow cake mix, plus ingredients
  • 2- 21 oz cans, apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup ( 1 stick ) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish (affiliate link).
  2. Spread apples on the bottom of baking dish.
  3. Mix cake mix according to package.  Pour batter on top of apples.
