This honey garlic salmon just might be THE easiest, most delicious salmon recipe ever. And I’m not even exaggerating. As food bloggers, we tend to over-state the awesomeness of our dishes sometimes. Like everything we make is just amazing and nothing that comes out of our kitchens is ever just mediocre. spoiler alert – that’s not true.


Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down, on the lined baking sheet. Spread evenly with honey. Sprinkle evenly with garlic. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Bake salmon 7-10 minutes (longer for a thicker filet).
