Mango Falooda For Summer
Delicious,cooling Summer favorite and a very famous Indian street food -Mango Falooda!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon,Basil Seeds/Sabja Seeds
- 1 Cup,Water
- 1/4 Cup,Falooda Sev /Vermicelli
- 2 Cup,Water
- 1 Tablespoon,Oil
- 3/4 Cup,Milk (Boiled,chilled)
- 1/2 Cup,Mango Pulp
- 1/4Cup + 3 Tablespoon,Sweetened Condensed Milk(divided)
- 4 Scoop,Mango Ice-cream
- 2 Cherries
- Few Mango chunks
Instructions
- Firstly,in a bowl,add the basil seeds and 1 Cup water.
- Leave it for 10 Mins to bloom.
- Once the basil seeds have doubled in size,drain the water and keep aside.
- In a pan,add 2 Cups water and oil,let it come to a rolling boil.
- Add the vermicelli and cook for about a minute or two.
- Drain and keep aside.
- In two separate mixing bowls,add the 1/4 cup and 3Tablespoon condensed milk.
- To one bowl with 1/4 cup condensed milk, add chilled milk.
- Mix well and keep aside.
- To the other bowl with 3Tablespoon condensed milk ,add the mango pulp.
- Mix well and keep aside.
- To arrange,first add the mango pulp mix in individual glasses.
- Top it with vermicelli,basil seeds and milk mixture.
- Finally add two scoops of Mango Icecream to each glass and serve with cherry and mango chunks.
